Out of Office

In search of a flexible yet professional visual identity

Out of Office is an innovative business concept that specializes in organizing tailor-made interactive escape room experiences, specifically designed for large corporates. What makes this concept unique is that the game takes place in the client’s own office, creating a surprising, accessible and impactful experience directly in the workplace.

Joeri approached me with the request to develop a visual identity for Out of Office. There was a need for a logo and brand style that would reflect both playfulness and creativity, while also conveying trust and professionalism, tailored to the larger companies the concept targets.

Together, we developed a logo and matching corporate identity that is fully focused on this balance. A modern and sleek look was chosen, combined with subtle graphic accents that reference the escape room element and the dynamics of the game. The color palette consists of calm base tones with a fresh, contemporary twist, making the style widely applicable and highly flexible.

A strong visual foundation

The brand manual provides clear and structured guidelines for:

  • Logo construction and application, including iconic and abbreviated versions

  • Clear and consistent color codes for both print and digital use

  • Consistent typography that strikes the right balance between professional and creative.

  • Practical do's & don'ts for using the logo and visual elements

  • Inspiration pages for social media and print materials

Thanks to its visual flexibility, Out of Office can easily adapt to different clients and locations without compromising its brand identity.

Building brand experience together

The collaboration with Joeri was enjoyable and purposeful. Throughout the process, we continuously coordinated to ensure the visual choices aligned with the desired look and the target audience. The result is a corporate identity that offers space for growth, variation, and recognizability, perfectly fitting Out of Office’s creative and commercial mix.

With this visual foundation, Out of Office is now able to present itself in a professional and distinctive way, both to potential clients and during on-site execution.
