1. Introduction and exploration
Each process begins with an in-depth conversation. In it, we discuss not only what is needed, but more importantly why. What is the purpose behind the design? What atmosphere should it convey? What is the context in which it will be used? Together we look at what resources are needed and what elements are already present, such as a logo, typography, or use of color. This phase is essential to give direction to the creative process. On this basis, a concrete proposal follows.
2. Concept development
As soon as the briefing is clear, the first visual translation starts. This is not a random design, but a careful search for a style and approach that matches both the input and the underlying strategy. The proposals that are delivered serve as a starting point, built with attention to detail, coherence, and applicability. Each concept tells a different story and helps to clarify what does and does not work.
3. Feedback and refinement
After the first presentation, it is time to reflect together. What stands out, what could be improved, and which elements could possibly be combined? In this phase, we actively think along and make adjustments. The goal is always to achieve a final result that is both visually convincing and substantively accurate.
4. Completion
Once approved, files are delivered in all required formats. From print-ready PDFs to optimized web files and editable templates for internal use. All files are neatly organized and delivered ready to use, including any manuals or explanations where needed.
5. Long-term support
Even after project completion, there remains room for further development. Think of setting up additional communication tools, social media formats or an extension of the corporate identity. This way, the brand continues to grow in a recognisable and consistent line.
